This mat is especially developed for back exercises and physiotherapy. The additional spine bar is important for erectness of the spine. Caused by the spine bar it is possible to feel if the position of the spine is correct. So you can practice the exercises exactly.
This mat was designed by practical experience and tested successful - 10 to 20 minutes of daily exercises will help the user to get free of pain.
Construction:
Core made from high quality cross-linked light weight polyethylene foam. Sewed cover made from exclusive imitation leather „Creativ". 3-parts foldable, with additional spine bar with velcro for the fastening on the mat.
Foldable with carry bag for an easy transport.
