Bouldermats for climbing

Construction: Core made in sandwich construction from high quality polyurethane foam and high quality light weight polyethylene foam.
For the 100 mm mats we use additional our special high quality compounded foam VEV 120. This new foam has extreme damping characteristics and absorbs the energy immediately.
Sewed cover made from tearproofed gymnastic mats material Polygrip, anti-skided gymnastic mats material napped on the bottom.
The connection of the single mats could be effected by 2 new developed systems:
- Diagonal cut with velcro system
- Stair cut with velcro system
These systems guarantees that ther can be no gaps between the mats.
